This year the chess tournament will be taking place in our school. We will be welcoming chess players from four other schools in a couple of weeks. This is an annual event, organised by Fichille Ireland.
We are busy practicing our chess moves and getting ready for the competition. Last year the tournament was held in St. George's National School in Balbriggan and it was a truly wonderful event. We are really looking forward to another fantastic event!
